Very hydrating. Oily if too heavy utility! I use it to thin my airbrush silicone primarily based cosmetics- 2-4gtts max! Also for make-up touch up (mascara faux pas), adhesive remover. Nothing like Isopropyl “rubbing “, nor Ethyl Alcohol which are drying and evaporate immediately-esp as compared to this product which gained’t dry if carried out too copiously! Previous water primarily based components from Luminess aren’t well matched with silicone based formulas like TEMPTU AIR POD PRO, replaced the former rubbish, I like it now with ratio to thin based on consistency (practice makes perfect, late Christmas present to now to research)!
