I used these tattoos for a triathlon, one on my arm and one on my calf. Both stayed crisp and clear the complete occasion. The arm tattoo wore off/washed off after some days as it changed into underneath my sleeve. The calf tattoo stayed crisp and clean for two weeks because I never wore long pants.
