Very cheap plastic, and prefer others have stated, the lid is quite an awful lot useless. It’s this type of pain and time ingesting to get it returned on. If you’ll be sporting your blades around, this may be a each day frustration. You ought to use the lid to hold some thing else. But normal for nine bucks, I guess it does make it a good blade holder, just not best for carrying round.
